Here are the Tryout Information for all Fall Sports 2025-2026 for Cousino Athletics.
What is Needed in order to Try-Out?
REQUIREMENTS FOR ATTENDING TRY-OUTS:
1. All students must have completed all required paperwork via Student Central and must be approved prior to trying out. Please visit Cousino HS Student Central page to create or update your account. All forms must be uploaded or completed online prior to your student to be eligible to participate.
a. Current MHSAA Physical dated on/after April 15, 2025.
b. Heads Up Concussion Form
c. WCS Player Contract/Parental Consent Form
d. Medical Treatment Authorization Form
e. Preseason Checklist
2. If you are a TRANSFER student within the last School Year or currently transferring, you must contact Mr. Ballee, CHS Athletic Director. All transfer students must have eligibility checked before participating in any Fall Sport.
